Existing Long Island Rowing Members
Please print the Registration Packet - complete, sign where applicable, and submit ONLY the following pages:
Page 1 - Registration Forms Checklist
Page 2 - Registration Fee Schedule
Page 4 - Medical information
Page 5 - Regatta Attendance Confirmation
Pages 6, 7, 8, 9 - Member / Athlete Rules and Code of Conduct
Page 11 - Uniform Order - Only if you are ordering clothing
Mail these forms along with the appropriate fee, to the address identified on the Registration Fee Schedule (page 2).
We must receive your registration packet at least 1-week in advance of our September 14, Start-Up meeting.
New
Members (Fall Season) - those not yet enrolled in LI Rowing who wish
to join, please print and complete the Registration Packet (14-pages). Submit it along with the appropriate fee, as indicated on the
Registration Fee Schedule (page 2).
